I can provide a superbill on request, which you can submit for possible out of network reimbursement. Coverage depends on your plan, so it's worth calling your insurer first.
I don't accept Medicare patients who plan to bill their visits to Medicare. If you're a Medicare beneficiary and would like to be seen, please reach out so we can talk through your options.
